By using any YorTech service you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of YorTech products including YorTech ERP, YorDay, and other applications.

Permitted Use

You may use our services for lawful business purposes only. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise misuse our services or intellectual property.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime as described in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
