1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the YorTech platform and website (yortech.id), you (“User” or “Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Account & Registration
To use the YorTech platform you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@yortech.id of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription & Billing
YorTech offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan at the rates in effect at the time of your order.
- Payments are processed by Midtrans. By providing payment information you authorize Midtrans to charge your payment method.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Pricing may change with 30 days written notice via email.
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the YorTech platform. Prohibited activities include:
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Using the platform to store or process illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our software.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the platform without prior written consent.
- Violating any applicable Indonesian law or regulation.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the YorTech platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by YorTech or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use YorTech's trademarks, logos, or brand names.
You retain all rights to your data. By using YorTech you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The YorTech platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, YorTech and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any and all claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to YorTech in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the admin portal or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will provide a 30-day data export window before permanently deleting your data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
